Long time didn't updating my blog as I am too busy with my life's work. I had became a fat girl due to the outside foods which were too oily and unhealthy. My weight had increased from 50kg to 55kg with my unchanged height, 156cm. Can you imagine how fat am I? Since I'm having my holidays now at my hometown, so I will be fully use my times to keep fit.
Firstly, I will be jogging with my mum every morning. As a result: 2 days jogging, 3 days rest ==" But better than doing nothing.
Second, hula-hoop to lose my weight.
Hope that I will be able to succeed my keep fit target.
